Allied Van Lines released its 48th Annual Magnet States Report with data from Interstate Moves in 2015. Here are some highlights:


  • Texas remained atop the list for the 11th year in a row with a net relocation gain of 2,558 families
  • Florida, Arizona, Oregon and South Carolina rounded out the Top 5
  • Virginia, a newcomer to the list, ranked #1 for the greatest net outbound moves in 2015
  • New Jersey ranked 5th with a total of 775 net outbound moves
