Good news is that the staff for both moving out and in, were competent, courteous, cooperative, careful, polite, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Bad news is that my billing was convoluted, confusing and fungible based on a “non-binding contract” which admittedly its signing was not my best decision. Our deposit for the move out and storage resulted in a credit which Simonik kept for 72 days, and trying to getting a clear explanation of how the costs were calculated and why the rates were different on three different billing notices was impossible. So my advice is to solidify their quotes ahead of time so you know what to expect and do not engage in any conversation with Jim Simonik, the owner, as he has absolutely no customer-relations skills. In fact, he lectured me about price structures when buying more than one apple, a totally non-related analogy to our discussion, and was rude. A very surprising event particularly given the amount of my funds in Simonik’s coffers.
