From start to finish, we were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Simonik during our recent move. Throughout the entire process, everyone we worked with knew exactly what to do and how to best get it done—administration, estimating, packing and moving—all details were expertly handled. Everyone was on time, professional, courteous and respectful. From the time Matt first arrived to explain the process and to provide an estimate, we were comfortable that what could have been a stressful experience, would go as seamlessly as possible. Matt was extremely helpful and reassuring in getting us ready for the move. Don and his packing team were efficient and careful in packing and labeling the boxes to be moved. Lorenzo and the moving team were equally careful and efficient. Watching them, we were confident that we would have a safe journey for all our possessions. Both teams worked very hard, yet took the time to be polite and friendly. Lorenzo’s team was especially helpful to us in making sure that each box and article was placed in the most convenient and appropriate location in our new home, ready for us to unpack.
