From start to finish, we were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Simonik during our recent move. Throughout the entire process, everyone we worked with knew exactly what to do and how to best get it done—administration, estimating, packing and moving—all details were expertly handled. Everyone was on time, professional, courteous and respectful. From the time Matt first arrived to explain the process and to provide an estimate, we were comfortable that what could have been a stressful experience, would go as seamlessly as possible. Matt was extremely helpful and reassuring in getting us ready for the move. Don and his packing team were efficient and careful in packing and labeling the boxes to be moved. Lorenzo and the moving team were equally careful and efficient. Watching them, we were confident that we would have a safe journey for all our possessions. Both teams worked very hard, yet took the time to be polite and friendly. Lorenzo’s team was especially helpful to us in making sure that each box and article was placed in the most convenient and appropriate location in our new home, ready for us to unpack. In summary, Simonik Movers are tops! We wholeheartedly recommend their services without hesitation. Our sincere gratitude to all involved for making the move go so smoothly.

I've had multiple moves within the last 10 years both interstate and local. Simonik proved to be the best experience that we've had. Their staff was on time, extremely helpful, very competent and made the move from 2 houses to one home,a pleasurable experience. Good news is that the staff for both moving out and in, were competent, courteous, cooperative, careful, polite, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Bad news is that my billing was convoluted, confusing and fungible based on a “non-binding contract” which admittedly its signing was not my best decision. Our deposit for the move out and storage resulted in a credit which Simonik kept for 72 days, and trying to getting a clear explanation of how the costs were calculated and why the rates were different on three different billing notices was impossible. So my advice is to solidify their quotes ahead of time so you know what to expect and do not engage in any conversation with Jim Simonik, the owner, as he has absolutely no customer-relations skills. In fact, he lectured me about price structures when buying more than one apple, a totally non-related analogy to our discussion, and was rude. A very surprising event particularly given the amount of my funds in Simonik’s coffers.

The team of Angelo, Kenneth and Alberto were wonderful. The move couldn't have gone any smoother, I have a bad back and they didn't let me move a thing. Professional, helpful, polite, organized and strong! These guys really knew what they were doing. My initial meeting was with John Marquardt and his estimates were spot on and his ability to fit me in a tight schedule were much appreciated. A great company to work with all around.

We recently used Simonik for a move from NJ to North Carolina. All aspects of this very big and complicated move, from the initial meeting with John Marquardt through the final unloading of the truck, went extremely well. The move team led by Lorenzo was efficient, polite, extremely careful and hard working. Even when they were asked to move something that was misplaced, through no fault of their own, it was immediately attended to without any hesitation or complaint. I would definitely recommend this company and crew. I can't even say I thought they were more expensive than others. They were competitive and you definitely get what you pay for in terms of courtesy and peace of mind during a stressful time. Nothing was broken or missing. We were very pleased! Thank you all!

I interviewed 3 moving companies before I selected Simonik but I knew the second that I spoke to Matt Simonik that we were going to use them. Matt was great getting us started, Bruce our Relocation Consultant was awesome - our estimate was totally accurate and then there was the crew- Angelo, Carlos, Mark, Calie, Orlando. They were just amazing! Never bumped a wall, super efficient and genuinely nice, hard-working guys who clearly like working together. Everything was handled with great care, all furniture wrapped, packed and moved without a scratch. Jack Simonik even popped in to our new house to see how our move was going! Moving is stressful. From beginning to end Simonik made it an easier process for us. We've moved 8 times in the last 20 years and by far, this was the easiest move. You don't always get great customer service today. It's nice to see that this company really values their customers. Thank you!
